Receipt : After completing check-out a receipt will be emailed to you. Once you receive it please go over it carefully and make sure everything is correct, especially the ship to address and the make and model of the product you purchased. If we do not hear from you with any corrections that need to be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will process your order as it is and the delivery will occur as stated in our delivery times section. This receipt will serve as your proof of purchase and will be necessary for any manufacturers warranty claims. We suggest that you keep it in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.

Finding Items : You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side navigational links. As you click these links, you should see a list of products for your selection. A keyword search box is located in the top left corner on every page of our store for your convenience.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart : When you are ready to purchase an item, you may have to check a box next to the product. Then click the "Add To Cart" button. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your cart, you can start checking out or you may continue to shop by using any of the top tabs or navigational links on the side. While you are shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says "Cart" at the top right of any page.
Checkout : Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button, "Checkout". Here is where you will enter your order information. Our Checkout process is simple, fast and no sign up is necessary.
Cancel or Change Order : All orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. BedPlanet.com prides itself on fast, efficient delivery. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days of placing your order. This is why we need to know about any change in your order as quickly as possible.

Orders Never Received : If you have tracked your order from your Order Status page and found something different about the delivery date or have not received your order within 2 business days of its scheduled delivery date, please contact Customer Service. Sales Tax Information : BedPlanet.Com is located in the state of Nevada, we are required to collect state sales tax only for deliveries going to the state of Nevada. BedPlanet.Com DOES NOT charge sales tax for orders going to any state other than Nevada.
Using a Discount/Coupon Code : During checkout if you have been given a discount code this is where you will enter it.
