Maintain an ideal temperature between 60
degrees and 67 degrees.

through the night. Keep your bedroom at the optimum sleep temperature – roughly
between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Choose cotton, silk or polyester or
light-colored sheets made of lightweight cotton sheets for cooler night.
Exercise Early. Exercise stimulates the body to secrete
the stress hormone cortisol, which helps activate the alerting mechanism in the
brain. Try to limit strenuous activity at least three hours before bed.
