Bed Planet provides all of our customers with Free Shipping either to your front door for most items or curb-side for heavier items such as massage chairs.

Bed Planet offers White Glove Delivery Service for an additional charge.

What is White Glove Delivery? White Glove Delivery Service offers a complete in-home delivery of your new purchase. We use a 2 person crew, take your merchandise out of the box and place it in the room of your choice (bring your product up or down up to 2 flights of stairs), providing the room is clear where you want the new furniture placed. We will also perform minor assembly (up to 30 minutes) and remove the empty boxes from your home.

It is the ultimate responsibility for the buyer to make sure that the product they are ordering will fit through any doorways and rooms at their delivery destination prior to placing an order. This includes, and is not limited to, mattresses, adjustable bases, massage chairs, front door openings and interior door openings throughout home. If an order is refused or shipped back for this reason, freight costs in both directions and a minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. The total amount for these costs will be deducted from the refund.
