How Much Does Shipping Cost?Bed Planet offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipping within the Contiguous U.S. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please call us for a shipping quote. How Long Will it Take to Receive my New Purchase?Daybed bedding takes 10-14 Business Days. All other products take 5-7 Business Days
All items will be delivered to your ground floor entrance of your home. If you reside on a second floor, please make arrangements to have your item brought upstairs. There is an optional 2nd floor delivery charge offered by the freight company. Please call our customer service hotline at (888) 996-9890 to receive a 2nd floor price quote for your particular item. Orders that are cancelled after they have shipped from our facility will be charged the shipping charge to and from your residence and a 15% re-stocking fee. If you are moving please be sure to give us the new address to avoid any additional fees the shipping company may impose. |
