How To Exchange Your MattressTo exchange a mattress, simply return it to us at 3025 East Post Road, Suite B, Las Vegas, Nevada 89120, and select another Sealy Optimum mattress of equal or greater value. A processing fee of only $99.00 will be applied, and we will cover all other expenses. This is a one-time courtesy, and exchanges can only be made 30 days after the delivery date.
