Only had it a couple hours but it is AWESOME! The heated back is great, I didn't want to get out of the chair. A little tough on the calve/feet squeeze but my hubby liked it. Bedplanet's, Adam, was super helpful.

I had a OSIM Millenium Massage Chair. I bought the OS 4000 to replace it. After the first use, I could tell that the OS 4000 was superior to the OSIM chair. It gices a mulititude of incredible massages. I purchased the White Glove service too. The White Glove service is a definite need and well worth the price due tot he weight of the chair adn the assembly. Wish I would have bought it sooner. Awesome Chair.

Love this chair! You can buy the chair, 5 year extended warranty, and white glove service for less than the "same" chair from Brookstone. The people at Bedplanet were wonderful to work with and were very helpful everytime I called. Thank you Scott and Adam! The white glove service was well worth the money!

We ordered our Osaki chair from BedPlanet via the internet. The chair arrived in 5 days via UPS and we put it together that day. We did a lot of research on massage chairs before we decided on this chair. For the money, I don't think you can find a better massage chair.
