101 Night Mattress Guarantee

We understand that choosing the right mattress is very important decision. That is why we offer a 101 Night Love Your Mattress Guarantee with the purchase of any Sealy Hybrid Mattress. This means if you want to exchange your mattress, we will exchange it for up to 101 nights. One thing that we require is that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to the comfort and support of the new mattress. After that time, you have up to the 101st day from your original delivery date to take advantage of our Love Your Mattress Guarantee.

How To Exchange Your Mattress

To exchange a mattress, simply contact one of our customer service representatives at 800-996-9890. Let us know which mattress you would like to exchange it to (new mattress must be of equal or greater value and buyer is responsible for any price difference). A processing fee of only $130.00 will be applied, and we will cover all other expenses. This is a one-time courtesy, and exchanges can only be made 30 days after the delivery date.

 


 

The Tempur-Pedic Comfort Exchange Policy

Choosing the right mattress is an important decision. That is why we include the 101 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee with every Tempur-Pedic mattress purchase.

  • Give your body 30 nights to adjust to the comfort level and support of your new mattress 
  • After 30 nights you have up until the 101st day from the original delivery date to take advantage of this service.
  • This is a one-time courtesy service that allows you to exchange your mattress for another of equal or greater value for a one-time service fee of $600. This charge is to cover shipping of the new mattress, removal of the old mattress and a processing fee.
  • If you exchange for a lower priced mattress, the difference in price will not be refunded.
  • If you exchange for a higher priced mattress the difference in price will need to be paid before shipment.
