The Sealy Universal Headboard Brackets are designed to fit all Sealy Ease 1.0/2.0 and 3.0 bases including horizontal king models.
This headboard bracket will also fit the Tempur-Ergo and Ergo Extend Adjustable bases.
Headboard brackets cannot be used to attach a footboard to an adjustable base. If you are looking to use your headboad and footboard you will need to use the rails that came your bed to build around the adjustable base. If you have have a split king adjustable base (2 x TXL) only one set of brackets is needed.
