Filing a claim is quick and easy. Just give guardian a call at 800-527-8485 between their normal business hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm eastern time. Have your copy of the Guardian Service Plan in front of you when you call, they will ask you for the plan number. We will send you all of your warranty documents after .
