All Hillsdale beds come with a 1 year manufacturer?s warranty that protects your investment from manufacturer?s defects in workmanship, and materials. Damage incurred in transit needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for return or replacement.
Things this warranty does NOT cover:
- Stains, tears or rips in fabric or wood
- Damage to the product incurred in shipping
It is important to notify us about any issues, or damage to your bed when you receive it, so we can expedite a replacement or return without incurring a restocking fee. Call us at 888-996-9890. Any returns requested after delivery will be assessed a 20% restocking fee unless issues relate to manufacturer defect.
