    This model hasn’t been used for more than 5 hours and is in pristine condition. The manufactures warranty is also included, but if you wanted to upgrade to the 5-year extended warranty or purchase the White Glove drop off services, we can definitely take care of that for you as well. This floor model deal cannot be combined with coupons or discounts.

    Advanced Operating System (OS)

    With its advanced operating system the Luraco i7 PLUS makes every part of your massage a well-balanced maneuver. The chair is able to include many more features like the health monitoring system which can be added to your chair.

    Health Monitoring System (Optional)

Kneading and Tapping programs have been given new variable speed controls so the user can now choose from three different rhythms.

    Upgraded Comprehensive Remote (New i7 PLUS Feature)

    The remote is designed much like a smartphone and includes several different menus that offer the highest number of options to customize your entire massage experience giving you a fully customizable massage experience. Just like your smartphone, the remote has been given an upgrade with a new faster operating system. There are also 9 automatic programs to choose from including. A Pause option has been added, so that you can leave the chair and pick up right where you left off, when you are ready.

    Luraco iRobotics 7 Massage Chair Warranty

    Manufacturer’s Warranty

    Luraco is the only massage chair manufacturer that we carry that includes a warranty for commercial use in addition to their residential warranty. Take a look at the information below to see what is offered with both.

    For Home Use: Most massage chair manufacturers offer a 3-year limited warranty on their products from the date of purchase. Luraco includes a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty with their chairs. This covers parts and labor with in-home service for the first 3 years at no cost to you. All 5 years of the warranty cover the frame against manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. Should any warranty issues arise please contact us and we will be glad to help you further.

    For Commercial Use: This chair includes a 2 year manufacturers warranty for commercial use. The first 6 months includes both parts and labor at no cost to you. Cost of parts is covered at no cost to you for the first year. The structural framework of the massage chair is covered for the entire 2 years of the warranty.

    What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from:

    • Improper installation alterations, or modifications of original condition, or unauthorized repairs
    • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, and power surges
    • This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred
    • This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including leather or fabric covering.
    • The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidental or neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product. Implied Warranty
    • Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use and 2-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
    • In no case will LURACO be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
    • LURACO shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alteration of this product.
